Try Afternoons of Amaro with Amie at Aggio
Since many are unfamiliar with the Italian liqueur, Aggio’s Amie Ward has launched a summer long series of educational courses that include 3 pours (4 for Fernet classes), a cocktail, a charcuterie plate, and all of the knowledge bombs that this Amaro expert can drop.
Classes started in June, but continue through the summer with two dates remaining: July 31 (for Fernet Part 1) and August 21 (for Fernet Part 2), both from 3 - 4 PM. Classes are $50 each, and space can be reserved by calling Aggio at 410-528-0200 or by emailing eric@volt-aggio.com.
