Now’s your chance: DCBeer.com will bring those out-of-market brews plus more to their second annual Bootlegger’s Beer Dinner, going down on Tuesday, January 31 at Smith Commons.

Five courses of chef Carlos Delgado’s creative fare (think lime and orange macarons with foie gras mousse or shirmp dumplings with dashi, quail and yuzu) will be paired with five fantastic beers at this $75 per person affair, which gets underway at 7 PM with a single seating. Space is limited, so after salivating over the full menu below, get your clicking finger ready: tickets go on sale here at 9 AM, January 17.
