Sake Fest Returns to the Oregon Convention Center
Once again Portlanders will join together in celebration of all things sake. Sake Fest 2017 happens at the Oregon Convention Center on Wednesday, June 21, from 6:30 to 9 PM. Experience the finest Japanese and US sake brands at the only event of its kind in the Northwest.
Sake is more than just a drink. At this event guests can pair different sakes with a variety of foods because over 40 of Portland’s best chefs will have delicious food samples available. The hard part will be decided from over 150 samples of US and Japanese sake, beer and spirits to try. Restaurants on hand include MIHO Izakaya, Zilla Sake House, Saucebox, and Biwa.
Tickets are $55 per person for regular admission at 6:30 PM and $75 per person for early admission at 5:30 PM. All attendees will receive a complimentary tasting glass. Groups of eight or more receive an instant $10 discount when purchased at the same time. Guests must be 21 and older and tickets can be purchased on the festival website.
