In collaboration with Michael Mina, Ken Tominaga, famed for his sushi craft at Hana in Sonoma County, brings forth a modern take on traditional Izakaya-style dining.
PABU combines rustic, old-world japanese charm with modern, urban sophistication featuring sweeping views of Baltimore's harbor. The menu features small plates, grilled items from the exposed robata grill, as well as Sushi and Sashimi.
