José Andrés and his culinary team at Oyamel, led by Chef Colin King, invite guests to join in the celebration of Mexican Independence Day from Friday, September 13th to Sunday, September 15th. Selected menu specials are inspired by traditional fiestas showcasing rich, hearty dishes to celebrate Mexico’s independence from Spain. Prices range from $8 to $13 for the featured dishes.
