Oyamel Cocina Mexicana Celebrates the End of the Modern World

José Andrés and his team at Oyamel Cocina Mexicana, invite you to join in the celebration of the end of the Mayan Calendar with several tempting specials on December 21, 2012. The celebration will take place throughout the restaurant exclusively during evening service, and Oyamel's dinner menu will also be available.

The menu for this long-awaited date on the Mayan calendar will be prepared by Head Chef Omar Rodriguez. Guests can anticipate the following new tacos, which range in price from $5- $6: Al pastor Taco with seared foie gras, pineapple, guajillo chile sauce; Langosta Taco with Butter and caviar poached Maine lobster with preserved sour orange, and Molleja Taco, crispy sweet breads, Mayan king salsa and gold leaf.
