Harvest Wood Grill & Tap is the latest venture by Chef Keith Long and owner Dana Florestano. Rooted in the idea that a restaurant in downtown Annapolis should serve locally sourced delicious food for locals. Focusing on using well curated products and cooking them over an open fire is the first step in our vision. We are proud to serve seafood and shellfish from the Chesapeake Bay and value greatly our long standing relationships with local watermen and both land and aquaculture farmers.
