Guest Chef Dinner at Heavy Seas Alehouse

Heavy Seas is featuring Noble Vinters for the wine pairings, Van Gogh liquors for ingredients for mixologist Ryan Maybee's cocktails, and Ceremony Roasters for coffee to pair with our dessert course, as well as, a new release from Heavy Seas Beer.

One change in the chef lineup for the evening...  Chef Chad Gauss from the Food Market in Hampden will be preparing the 4th course. He'll be preparing Griddled Creekstone Farms Salisbury Steak , foie gras-bread crumb "cous cous", morels, chanterelles and king mushrooms for you to enjoy.
