Contrary to what yuletide caroling asserts, the night before Christmas is anything but silent. We present this list of bars and restaurants open and ready to serve you a pre-holiday sip on Christmas Eve as evidence. Even if you have to wake up early on Christmas day for exchanging gifts, which you can do in your pajamas, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t take advantage of these opportunities to make the most of the night.
