From Baltimore Beer Week: "OktoBEARfest! is a great way to enjoy the changing leaves at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. OktoBEARFfest! is a one-day outdoor beer festival that takes place as part of the Baltimore Beer Week celebration and features over 30 fall-flavored local and national brews as well as delicious comfort foods. The Zoo anticipates guests from Maryland, Pennsylvania, D.C. and beyond, to visit the Zoo during OktoBEARfest! to participate in the event festivities. Located in the Zoo’s beautiful Waterfowl Lake area, the event invites guests of all ages to attend. This fundraiser couples food and beverage with music and fun. Tickets are required and include admission to the Zoo, unlimited beer tastings, participation into Oktoberfest/Pumpkin-flavored beer judging contest, live music, and access to food and artisan vendors.
