Maryland Craft Beer Week, September 8-14

From Saturday, September 8, through Saturday, September 14, the Maryland Craft Alliance will be hosting the first annual Maryland Craft Beer Week, a brew-happy celebration that spans the entire state. The event website organizes the celebrations by county so you can easily find local gatherings near you.

Some highlights for the week include the September 14 Bats and Brews at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen, where you can meet reps from the New Belgium Beer company and enjoy tastings for $25. Another even that is sure to be a hit is the Friday the 13th Haunted Pub Crawl and Beer Tasting, which spans multiple locations in Annapolis on September 13.

A special shout is due to the organizations responsible for planning Maryland Craft Beer Week: Eastern Shore Distributing, Kelly Distributing, Katcef Brothers Inc., Bob Hall LLC, Guy Distributing Co. Inc., Sentmen Distributing and Wantz Distributing.
