PABU Hosts Fry My Chicken Smackdown, Dec. 11
PABU will host Baltimore’s first ever “Fry My Chicken Smackdown” on Wednesday, December 11. It will be an evening to remember as PABU’s executive chef, Jonah Kim, will be accompanied by local favorites Chef Jordan Miller, Chef Patrick “Opie” Crooks of Shoo-Fly, Chef Chad Gauss of The Food Market and Chris Amendola from the Bagby Group.
The chefs will face off in a competition to crown the city’s best fried chicken. Ticketed guests will enjoy one complementary glass of sake punch along with a five-course meal. Each course will include a side dish and a piece of fried chicken prepared by a participating chef.
In addition, happy hour prices will be available for attendees all night long and additional sides will be available for purchase à la carte.
