Victory Rolls Out a New Seasonal, Hop Ranch Imperial IPA
With the turn of the new year comes a brand new beer from Victory Brewing Company. This latest addition to its seasonal lineup, dubbed Hop Ranch Imperial IPA, comes as an extension to the brewery’s ongoing Ranch Series, which serves as a comprehensive study of the broad range characteristics presented by different hop varieties.
Like its predecessors in the Ranch series, Dirt Wolf Double IPA and Liberty Bell Ringer, Hop Ranch has a heavy hop presence that puts forth a profound juicy, citrus character with pleasantly sharp, biting edges of tart fruit and bitterness wrought from copious additions of Mosaic and Azacca hops in the brewing process. German malts serve as an underpinning for all that hoppiness. All told, the formidable ale weighs in at nine percent ABV.
It’s currently available on tap at finer watering holes, and in 12 oz. bottles wherever Victory beers are sold through February. Get it while you can.
