Founded in 2013, Diamondback Brewing Company is the new kid on the block in the Baltimore craft brewing scene. The brewery, named for the Maryland Diamondback terrapin, started at the University of Maryland, College Park, with three friends, a stovetop brew and the requisite love of beer.  
 

We love their debut brew–3:30 Amber Ale with citrus hops and bold caramel flavors. The brew is an easy drinker, and may be available in bottles in the near future, but for now find it on tap at 12 savvy area bars and liquor stores. Run, don't walk, to check it out. The first keg debuted in December 2014 at Canton Crossing Wine & Spirits and completely sold out within five days.
 

Join Diamondback Brewing Co. as they continue to roll out their 3:30 Amber Ale at The Mt. Washington Tavern on Thursday, February 12, in an event open to all.
