Drink To Decrease Bullying in Schools at Union Craft Brewery, Nov. 3

Thursday is the new Friday, yes? We were already buying into this (naturally), but Playworks, the nationwide organization with a Baltimore branch, is about to prove it with their beer-centric fundraiser on November 3.
Soirée for Play is the name of the annual FUNdraiser event. Playworks utilizes the power of play to improve academic achievement and decrease bullying in schools, they us at “food trucks” and “local beer,” but we’re all in for the games, too.
Hosted by Union Craft Brewery, with raffles, dancing, and creative games, the event aims to raise funds for their “life-changing programs” that will reach nearly 17,000 students in more than 30 schools locally this year.
Food trucks like Well Crafted Pizza will be on hand for provisions, while Union Craft will be pouring their well-known brews, all to the backdrop of local DJ’s and game-playing.
The fun(draising) starts at 6 PM and attire isn't as formal as previous years the event has been held. All proceeds from the event benefit Playworks. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased here.
