While it may seem to be the time of year for all things sparkly and bright, La Cuchara is adding a bit of quiet class to the month of December with their formal five course 1890s themed wine dinner.
On Tuesday, December 13 beginning at 6:30 PM, Chef Ben Lefenfeld will be exhibiting his culinary talent with a degustation menu of classic nouvelle cuisine including the likes of huitres gratin with roasted oysters, Norwegian salmon with sorrel cream sauce, and filet mignon au poivre intended to be creatively complimented by local Advanced Sommelier Greg Schwab’s rare vintage pairings in La Cuchara’s cozy low-lit dining room.
The full menu is available
here, and black tie and formal evening wear are requested. Tickets are $129 per person. For more information, menus or to make a reservation visit
their website or call
443-708-3838.
