Diamondback Beer Has Partnered with Order + Chaos Coffee for a New Brew

Baltimore’s Diamondback Brewery, founded in 2013, opened the doors to its taproom in 2016. A number of IPAs, as well as an American Pale Ale, a Marzen, and a Dopplebock, are their staple suds, but the second collaboration between the brewery and locally owned Order & Chaos Coffee has yielded a recently released, and seasonally appropriate, cold brew coffee stout.
Diamondback’s head brewer Tom Foster worked together with Matt Leberman, Order & Chaos’ General Manager, to brew the new beer. Using a signature brew from Order & Chaos, the two created dark hued stout with a robust, bright cold-brew flavor.
The Order & Chaos Cold Brew Coffee Stout is currently available for purchase in cans, but stop by the brewery on Fort Avenue, at the base of the smokestack, to try it in the taproom Wednesdays through Sundays.
