Last year’s Academy Awards celebrations in Baltimore were kicked out of the limelight by early Mardi Gras celebrations. With the boozy beaded holiday already in the past, Oscar watch parties and events can take center stage this year.

Both Blue Moon locations will be offering an “Oscar” Benedict on Sunday in celebration of the awards ceremony. The creation is, itself, an award-winner, featuring steak topped with crab cake, asparagus, poached egg and béarnaise sauce. While there may not be drinks to imbibe at the two breakfast spots, the angel food cake French toast will be red-carpet ready, dressed with Champagne whipped cream and strawberries. This Neapolitan pizza place in White Marsh will be celebrating the Oscars all week long, starting on Oscar Sunday.
