Welcome Spring with These Seasonal Cocktails in Baltimore

by Jennifer Waldera on Apr 10, 2018 in Roundups

While winter seems reluctant to retreat, spring’s longer days and slowly warming temps are beckoning us to trade in our heavy reds and dark beers for some lighter libations. From fruits to elderflower, and teas to slushies, there’s no shortage of sips available around the city that celebrate spring.

This simple spot in Hampden is shaking up a smoky cocktail for spring in addition to pouring its slushy-style white wine version of Frose. (911 W 36th St; 443-961-8515)

1 bottle Riesling Kabinett
1/4 cup of peach puree
Freeze, then serve in a coupe glass with a splash of elderflower liqueur and a lemon peel over the top.
