Everyone knows that brunch without booze is just a sad breakfast. Since Huck’s serves breakfast all day (in addition to a variety of regional dishes from across the US like Wisconsin cheese curds, Texas Frito pie, and Minnesota Juicy Lucys) they also offer a long list of cocktails and a half dozen crushes. Quality cocktails with creative names (we’re looking at you, Rye’N Gosling and Cardi-BEE) are the top reason to stop into Gunther & Co. but their lengthy liquor, beer, and wine lists are an excuse to stay. Featuring a large selection of Stillwater beers by nomad brewer Brian Strumke, as well as a wide range of creative cocktails (including their “breakdowns” - an offering of a beer or cider and a shot of liquor) this Brewer’s Hill bar also offers quality bar bites including charcuterie and cheese and chicken liver mousse as well as sandwiches and entrees.
