First-Ever Cosby Sweater Bar Crawl, Oct 15
Fall is in the air, which means two things: a great beer selection, and sweaters. Combining the two is the first annual (because you know this has to happen every year, henceforth) Bill Cosby Sweater Bar Crawl, taking place this Saturday, October 15.
In honor of the man who wore knitwear so shamelessly well, The City That Breeds has put together a pub walk through Canton and Fells Point. Starting at the Dark Horse Saloon at 4 PM, the swaggering sweatered swarm will continue to the Gin Mill and Kisling’s Tavern. The last stop is Bad Decisions, where Jello Pudding Pops will flow like wine, and possibly with wine, if we read into the tease of “some of the most interesting Jello-related alcoholic creations” ever.
All that’s needed to attend is a proper sweater, $5 and an RSVP to the Facebook event. Over on The City That Breeds, you can pony up the fiver for a guaranteed Bill Cosby sweater pin (rainbow!). All proceeds will be donated to BARCS, so how can you really refuse to participate in the fuzzy, warm, boozy love?
