Life is rarely ruff at Kooper’s, a canine-themed Fells Point bar from the proprietors of the adjacent Slainte and Woody’s Rum Bar. Named for the owners’ dearly departed yellow lab, the broken-in tavern has upstairs and downstairs bars that pour from a huge bottle list and local-focused drafts — try their house Yellow Tail Ale or scrounge up $7 for a Heavy Seas flight.
