What: Bike-powered party on wheels

Join 15 other fun-and-bike-loving folks for the best pub crawl of all. This tandem-bicycle-powered tour hits six Fells Point pubs over two hours. They do the driving, you contribute to the pedaling, and everyone wins.

Weekend Wine Tasting with Shafer Vineyards

What: Samples and discussion of these Napa Valley wines
When: 1–4 PM, Saturday, November 12
Where: The Wine Source, 3601 Elm Ave.

From a modest beginning of 1,000 cases in 1978, this winery has grown steadily until reaching its present size of 32,000 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Syrah. Today Shafer wines are available in major markets nationwide and in many foreign markets.


Sunday, November 13

Ravens Gameday at Pickles Pub

What: Gameday specials and Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey Promotion
When: noon, Sunday, November 13
Where: Pickles Pub, 520 Washington Blvd.

When the Ravens play the Seahawks at 4 PM, get down with half-price drafts and pitchers along with $16 six-inch pizzas. Head over early (at noon) to taste spicy Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey.

Shuckfest 2011

What: World premiere of Flying Dog’s Pearl Necklace Oyster Stout
When: 6–9 PM, Monday, November 14
Where: Woodbery Kitchen, 2010 Clipper Park Rd.
Price: $35 per person

This new brew benefits the Oyster Recovery Partnership. Rappahannock River Oysters will be on hand to provide Flying Dog beer and oyster pairings and live music will be played.
