Best Dives: Lear's II
"Hello to all our old friends, welcome to all our new friends." Hand-written on a sign above the bar, the phrase sums up Lear's II pretty well. Lear's is a bar for locals by locals with home-spun decor and plenty of fixtures to entertain, from billiards to darts and even video slots (for entertainment purposes only!). The owners Joe and Barb will always call you "Hon" and serve up cheap suds with a smile While in season you can even score a soft crab sandwich for just $8, or supplement your sips with tasty fried or steamed shrimp any other time of the year.
