Cocktail Recipe: Granizado at Pazo
Spring fever has hit Harbor East hotspot Pazo, where mixologists behind the bar have concocted a fresh new sip to welcome the season. Sporting a similar green to the leaves that are slowly unfurling on trees around the region, the Granizado is our Drink of the Week.
Anchored by the South American grape brandy known as picso, the cocktail is enlivened by the use of fresh grapes and a splash of sparkling cava. Check out the drink recipe below, or stop over at the Medi tapas spot to have one shaken up by the pros.
