Cocktail Recipe: Wallop To Your Own Beat at B&O American Brasserie
Late spring weekends practically beg for daytime outdoor sipping, the air fragrant with blossoms and still breezy enough to make the heat of the sun beaming down enjoyable. Punch is a perfect midday sipper, and on the spring cocktail menu at B&O American Brasserie is the bright and sparkly Wallop To Your Own Beat.
Brendan Dorr has taken rose wine and fortified it with Hangar One “Buddha’s Hand” vodka along with a berry liqueur, citrus, bitters and sparkling wine. Check out the cocktail recipe for our Drink of the Week below (enough for four people), or grab some friends and head to the rail-centric harbor bar to enjoy a milk-bottle-ful tossed together by the pros.
