Halloween is the only time of the year when lions, tigers and bears can take on an entirely un Oz-like meaning.  Baltimore has many options across both weekends for you to choose from, so put on your most creative costume and head out amongst the ghosts, ghouls, goblins and more for a good time.

Superheroes of the Inner Harbor Costume Party

Watch Passafire, 86 the Effort, Stacked Like Pancakes and Ballyhoo! rock the stage for $15 in advance, $20 at the doors. Guests are encouraged to rock their best superhero costume for this annual event presented by 97.5 HFS and 24-7 Entertainment.

Halloween Pub Crawl

The Great Halloween Parade & Festival
3:30 PM-2 AM, October 26; Free
Patterson Park (Eastern and S. Linwood Ave)
The day kicks off with a free festival, hay rides, lantern workshops, costume contest, food trucks and more! After the 7 PM parade, come out for Glow Ball, the Halloween Parade after party, a ticketed adult party at The Patterson until 2am.

6th Annual Hill-O-Ween & Roving Costume Contest
5 PM-close, October 26; $7 in advance $10 door
Federal Hill
Head out to Fed Hill on Saturday for their 6th annual celebration of Halloween and innovative costumes. Registration is located in the alley between No Ways and Abbey Burger Bistro and at Mothers’ Purple Patio.  The $10 admission fee gets you $3 Miller Lites, $3 Redds Apple Ale and Blue Moons and $5 Absolute drinks, and enters you into the costume contest.

Halloween Night
10 PM-1 AM, October 31; $20
Power Plant Live! (34 Market Pl.)
A ticket gets you open bar and an all access bar to many Power Plant Live! bars. Each will be hosting a unique event to celebrate our favorite spooky holiday. Those dressed up have the opportunity to win $2000 in cash and prizes including trips, VIP packages, and concerts.

Ra Sushi’s Boo Bash

All 25 RA Sushi locations will celebrate Halloween with a ghoulin’ good time at Boo Bash 2013. From 7 PM to close, guests will enjoy a variety of “Boo Bites” and "Potent Potions" including $6 Grape Ghoulade, $6 Frozen Swampwater and $7 Kirin/Kirin Light Sake Bombers. Those who come dressed up will have the opportunity to swipe some serious treats, including a $100 RA gift certificate.
