Waterfront Kitchen Cooking Classes Include Wine and Tastings
Fells Point restaurant Waterfront Kitchen has announced a new series of Monday evening cooking classes, and each session includes wine and tastings of the eats along with the knowledge. Chef Jerry Pellegrino will lead the hands-on seminars in the actual restaurant kitchen, and classes run $59 per person for a 6–9 PM session.
Some of the upcoming topics that caught our eye are the Art of Making Sushi, a Valentine’s Day-appropriate Cooking With Aprhodisiacs and the Art of Making Chili (it goes perfectly with IPAs).
