The Ravens Super Bowl victory parade kicks off at 10:45 AM today, and after an introduction by Mayor Rawlings-Blake, the team and entourage will strut down Commerce Street, then along Pratt and Howard Streets on the way to the stadium. M&T Bank will be open starting at 10 AM, with the official celebration set for 12:30 PM, but there is no tailgating allowed today.
