Kick Off Summer Charm City Style at the Chesapeake Crab & Beer Festival, June 13

It’s summer in Baltimore, and that means two things: Crabs and beer.

After its inaugural year, the Chesapeake Crab & Beer Festival is descending on Baltimore’s Rash Field for the second year on Saturday, June 13 with sessions from 11 AM–3 PM and 5–9 PM. An “all-you-care-to-taste” event with over 30,000 crabs and other food options, this celebration also offers plenty of cold beer, wine and liquor with a backdrop of live music and family-oriented fun.

If you’re so inclined to work hard for your beer and crabs, sign up for the first annual Charm City Crab Run 5K that starts and ends at the Inner Harbor (201 Key Highway), then partake in the crab and beer goodness. Less inclined to run, hon? Just head straight over for the food and drinks as well as arts and crafts.

Admission to the festival itself is free, but tiered ticket pricing to enjoy the crabs and beverages is available.
