Chef Chad Well's Campfire Dinner

Chef Chad Wells of Alewife Tavern will take guests on a culinary camping expedition at a Food = Art dining event. All of the food on Wells' menu will be food folks can kill themselves, conceivably. The menu, which includes hickory-smoked trout, fire-roasted quail and s'mores with candied bacon, will all be cooked "backwoods" style -- limited local ingredients, cast-iron pots, smoke and fire.
