Incorporating roasted pumpkin as well as seasonal spices prior to the fermenting process gives this brew a depth of flavor that exceeds that of some others of its kind. We found that the ale achieved premium drinkability with an enhanced flavor profile after approaching room temperature, rather than straight from the cooler or fridge (6.3% ABV).
